Job summary

Ascension is hiring for a Registered Nurse in the Mom and Baby unit at Columbia St. Mary’s Milwaukee. This full-time night shift position requires coordinating care across disciplines, implementing care plans, and executing physician orders.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin (or multi-state) with current certification.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans and communicate patient condition.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care for seamless patient care.
• Follow physician and nursing orders and discharge planning needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
