Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and tailor patient education.
• Document admissions, reassessments, plans and medications.
• Use the information system to update patient status and communicate changes.
• Communicate patient transfers at bedside and during rounds.
• Adhere to infection control standards and maintain a safe environment.
