Job summary

Trinity Health's St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the MG3 unit. This position features a 12-hour day shift (7am-7:30pm) with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

The RN will assess, document, and implement care using the unit's telemonitored environment, maintaining infection control and patient safety. BSN required; PA RN license and AHA BLS are mandatory; benefits include comprehensive health plans and parking.

Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited school of nursing.
• PA RN License.
• AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs, readiness to learn and identify barriers to learning and incorporate education into daily activities.
• Documents admission assessment, plan, interventions and medication use and monitors outcomes per policy.
• Uses the information system to enhance communication and document changes in patient condition for the care team.
• Communicates transfer of patient responsibility and pertinent information during bedside rounds.
• Recognizes patient needs and integrates care, including abuse recognition and referral where applicable.
• Includes pain management and supportive care in the care plan.
• Adheres to infection control standards and maintains a safe, clean environment.
