Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure is required.
• BLS is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing Process to manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting and delegates appropriately.
