Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia.
• Valid nursing license required on hire.
• ACLS/BLS/NRP certifications required per policy.
• RN licensure with multi-state compact (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate) with evidence-based practice.
• Delivers patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Communicates with patients and families to keep goals clear and care coordinated.
• Maintains accurate documentation and participates in performance improvement.
