Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK. This PRN role supports patient care across the unit and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing services.

The RN is expected to perform assessments, implement care plans, and promote patient advocacy while adhering to standards of practice. Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS are required; NIH Stroke Scale cert within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Current BLS required.
• Experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
• Coordinates the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
• Develops goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
• Collaborates with the patient's designated care partner to meet the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient.
