Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an RN for the night shift to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and develop personalized care plans while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Under supervision, you will ensure accurate documentation in PCC, mentor junior staff, and contribute to safe discharge planning. A valid RN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (state-Board)
• ADN/BSN graduate
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric care preferred
• English proficiency for documentation and communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care plans and safe discharges
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs per state nurse practice acts
• Mentor new staff and support onboarding
