Job summary

Atlantic Health System's Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7pm–7am) in the Gagnon 4 Post-TAVR unit. You will monitor patients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state, and BLS certification; preferred are BSN, ACLS, and 1+ year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate health care records and documents care.
• Administers medications and monitors patients for side effects.
• Monitors patient conditions and communicates changes to the care team.
• Assesses and plans nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Records vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
