Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) in the Simon 2-Med/Neuro unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patients, administer medications, and maintain thorough records.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- BLS certification.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; BSN within five years; ACLS preferred.
Responsabilités
- Maintain accurate health care records and reports.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assess and update nursing care plans with the care team.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
