• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patients and administers medications, keeping records.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to treat patients with injuries, illnesses or disabilities.
• Educates patients and families about treatments and care plans.
• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care plans with the team.
• Records vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
