Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care. You’ll evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with patient families and the care team.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support.
