Agape Care Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift to provide compassionate daily living assistance, monitor patient conditions, and communicate changes to the care team. You will support families throughout the care journey with empathy and dedication.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor conditions.
• Report changes to the care team promptly.
