Agape Care Group in Forest City, NC seeks an RN for PRN night shifts (7pm–7am) to provide compassionate hospice care. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing, graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans; communicate with patient, family, and care team.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality end-of-life care.
• Deliver compassionate nursing care and support to patients and families.
