Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician.
• Communicate resident condition and progress to charge nurses and Director of Nursing.
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment cart and supplies.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Document pressure sore status as conditions change.
• Monitor medications and supplies inventory for adequate skin care products.
