Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a non-exempt Registered Nurse for night shift. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission through discharge, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and delegating tasks as appropriate. Current MA RN license and BLS are required; ACLS and BSN are preferred. Signing bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN unless ACLS certification is current.
• ACLS certification and unit-specific certifications may be required.
• BSN degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Directs, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
• Develops and coordinates the plan of care including discharge planning.
