Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Administers medications and monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of treatments.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, and care provided.
• Educates patients and families; assesses learning needs and resources.
• Meets OneCHRISTUS competencies: Leader of Self/Others/Leaders.
