The role requires an Alabama RN license in good standing and CPR/BLS certification, with skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation or post-acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
