Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, support the nursing team, and ensure quality resident care throughout the night.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, base pay $31.00–$40.40 per hour based on experience, and differential pay of +$2.25/hour on weekdays and +$3.00/hour on weekends. Join our dedicated nursing team and help residents with dignity and safety.

Competenze

• Active Alabama RN license (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Teamwork and reliability essential for night shift.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
