Job summary

TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a full-time Registered Behavioral Health Tech for the night shift. The role runs 7PM-7AM with three 12-hour shifts weekly and rotating weekends, plus a shift differential up to $4.50/hr.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• At least 6 months’ experience working with individuals with IDD.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification required.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
• Some college in the helping professions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement BSP and behavior modification techniques per patient plan.
• Review assessments and apply treatment strategies.
• Data collection to demonstrate treatment effectiveness.
• Work with ABA Therapist to implement and monitor BSP.
• Maintain patient safety through rounds and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions/discharges and create a safe environment.
