Job summary

TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Part Time Registered Behavioral Health Tech for our day shift. Pay is $22 per hour with a $2.00/hr shift differential and runs 7AM–7PM daily, offering engagement with adolescents and adults in a state-of-the-art treatment center.

The role supports ABA therapy teams, ensures patient safety, and involves BSP application, data collection, and ongoing documentation for quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months’ experience working with individuals with IDD, one year preferred.
• Registered Behavioural Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioural modification techniques per BSP.
• Review assessments and apply treatment techniques as outlined in assessments.
• Data collection and entry in patient records to demonstrate treatment effectiveness.
• Work with an ABA therapist to implement BSP and track progress.
• Ensure patient safety and provide a positive, supportive environment.
• Observe rounds every 15 minutes and document in medical records.
• Assist with admissions and discharges as needed.
• Lead or co-lead individual or group sessions as part of recreational/therapeutic procedures.
