Job summary

The AZEK Company in Indianapolis is hiring for a 3rd shift production role, Sun-Fri 11:30pm-8:00am. Pay is $20.50/hr. You will operate production lines, safely use a sit-down forklift, and follow RIS instructions to maintain logs and quality records.

Strong candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to perform precise weight measurements and handle high-temperature materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (weights, percentages).
• Comfort working at a fast pace in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Experience with health, safety, and quality compliance.
• Must be able to operate forklift and perform required duties.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to accident-free operations and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Set up, run, shut down, troubleshoot and clean production lines.
• Understand, follow and apply information from the Run Instruction Sheet (RIS).
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and man lift.
• Maintain and properly complete logs for production ledgers and quality control.
• Complete Ready for Sale (RFS) tags.
• Compute weights via calculator, using gross, tare and net figures.
