Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Production Operator in Ohio to support rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 A Crew Days, 6:15am-7pm) with a pay rate of $22/hr. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include completing production reports, following SOPs and CTQ standards, and working in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Strong decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-directed, motivated; able to multi-task in a 24/7 environment.
• Basic computer/data entry for process and quality data.
• Willing to share responsibility and accountability.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to accident-free operations and safety compliance.
• Ensures shift goals are met.
• Starts, operates, maintains and shuts down equipment.
• Completes daily duties with 6S organization and efficiency.
• Monitors equipment performance and ensures specifications.
• Adheres to Bills of Process, SOPs and CTQ standards.
• Completes quality check paperwork as scheduled.
• Completes production operator reports and work orders.
• Diagnoses process/equipment defects; assists maintenance.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Operates in a value-added team manner.
