Job summary

American Plastics is hiring a Production Operator in Kingman, AZ. You will support production, inspection and packaging of a range of storage and janitorial products, with a focus on safe operation and quality adherence.

The role includes night shifts (7pm–7am) and a schedule that provides a 3-day weekend every other week, along with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring lines, meeting specs, and assisting with setup and material handling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs and up to 80 lbs team lift.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation to promote zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specs and packing per customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
