Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Production Technician to read PMI and JSA documents, follow schedules, and perform daily production tasks on a 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am; training on 1st shift possible).

This role requires basic math, forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be capable of working safely in a fast-paced environment while contributing to quality and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and understand work instructions (PMI/JSA).
• Basic math skills for inventory and measurements.
• Operate forklift, electric hoist, scales and label machines.
• Able to stand, lift up to 40 lbs and work in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and use PMI’s, JSA’s, and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks.
• Support and participate in safety initiatives and policies as needed.
• Follow step-by-step instructions from senior operators in turnover reports and written instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through basic math and organized workspace.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Operate machines, fork trucks, and related equipment.
