Job summary

Certco, Inc. on Femrite Drive in Madison, WI, is seeking a 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead an overnight team and maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety.

You’ll supervise the overnight crew, set priorities, monitor workflow, coach staff, and coordinate with other supervisors to keep operations moving while the building sleeps. The role is full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 9:30pm–6:30am, with a strong benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, profit sharing, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Experience with WMS and inventory controls.
• Ability to work Sunday–Thursday night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees during 3rd shift operations
• Set clear expectations and communicate priorities to the team
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, accuracy, and quality
• Coach employees and provide feedback when needed
• Address employee questions, concerns, and operational issues
• Promote a safe and organized work environment
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Work with other supervisors and management to coordinate operations between shifts
• Help ensure proper staffing and coverage for the department
• Assist with training new employees and helping team members develop their skills
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall warehouse efficiency
• Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product handling
• Complete required documentation and communicate important information to management
• Support other warehouse functions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
