Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to check inbound product against receiving paperwork, verify quantity and pack size, and label items for inventory accuracy. Hours: 12:00am to 10:00am. This role supports high standards of food safety and quality.

You will inspect temperatures for frozen/refrigerated items, ensure proper documentation, and help maintain precise inventory records. Strong reading, math, and communication skills are essential. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 months warehouse experience required.
• Able to read & write legibly; basic math; good verbal communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork for correct pack/size and quantity.
• Check temperature of inbound frozen/refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures.
• Verify quantity and report variances to adjust inventory.
• Apply labels to incoming product for inventory tracking.
• Complete required receiving paperwork per company/USDA/SOX requirements.
