ConGlobal is seeking a Railyard Operations Manager in Sharonville, OH, to lead daily railyard operations with emphasis on safety, performance, and productivity. Responsibilities include preparing railcars, verifying train numbers, and guiding ramp crews.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with potential adjustments to terminal needs. Starting pay ranges from $65,000 to $78,000 per year, with full-time status and immediate hire.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in railyard operations or related field.
• Strong safety record with documentation of safety observations.
• Ability to delegate tasks and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing shifts of 10–20 employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to monitor and improve LPH performance.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily railyard operations to ensure safety and productivity.
• Coordinate and prepare railcars for loading/unloading.
• Verify inbound/outbound train numbers for accuracy and compliance.
• Direct ramp crew movements to maintain timely operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Coach staff on safety and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage staff scheduling and shift coordination.
• Maintain clear communication across teams.
