Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Tech Lead - Nights to lead the quality lab testing for our Franklin, IN manufacturing operations. You will direct testing of raw materials and in-process samples, perform audits, and support plant trials while maintaining a safe, organized lab environment.

You will ensure consistent quality, generate reports for management, and collaborate with production teams. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to procedures in a night-shift setting.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Experience as a quality technician, process technician, operations technician, or in manufacturing.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review data logs in manufacturing to ensure quality standards.
• Generate quality reports for senior management.
• Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials and finished goods.
• Audit laboratory and manufacturing processes for quality parameters.
• Maintain lab supplies and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Follow all documented procedures and safety policies; ensure adherence to company PPE rules.

Education

AS/BS Degree

Science/Technical field preferred or equivalent experience
