Mannington Mills is seeking a QA Technician to inspect materials and finished products, lead quality improvements, and ensure conformance to specifications on night shifts. The role requires precise measurements, data collection, and strong teamwork to support production goals.

Candidates should have 3+ years in quality control, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Flexibility to cover all shifts and occasional travel are expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in quality control or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience documenting process, data and procedures.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in QA.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications.
• Reads dials and meters to verify equipment is functioning and product conforms to specs.
• Performs conformance audits on process and finished products.
• Documents findings, processes, and procedures.
• Speaks with vendors and production teams about inspection results and corrective actions.
• Notifies supervisor of deviations and equipment issues.
• Leads troubleshooting of quality problems in products.
