Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the night shift to oversee the plant's nightly QA activities and ensure compliance with ISO, HARA and BRCGS requirements. The role focuses on data collection, KPI reporting, investigations of quality incidents, and continuous improvement projects, working closely with the Quality Manager to maintain high standards of food safety and product quality.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team of Quality

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or relevant experience.
• Experience leading quality activities and programs.
• Understanding of quality policies, systems, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly QA activities and drive corrective actions.
• Lead non-conformity analysis and NCRs with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain BRCGS and ISO compliance documentation and records.
• Support ISO/HARA initiatives and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Train and supervise Quality Technicians and Operators.
