Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for Night Shift to oversee nightly quality assurance activities and act as the plant's key environmental contact. The role supports ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements while driving continuous improvement and leading investigations into quality incidents.

You will manage KPI data collection and reporting, coordinate with production, and mentor Quality Technicians, ensuring adherence to GMPs, food safety standards, and recordkeeping

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent Technical School Degree/Certification or relevant experience.
• Demonstrate ability in administering and leading Quality activities.
• Experience in understanding and executing quality policies, systems, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of SPC.
• Experience with BRCGS auditing procedures is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent people skills, high energy and positive cultural fit and attitude.
• Ability to solve complex problems outside of normal processes.
• Shall be fully conversant in Food Safety, GMP's, and HARA Principle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conforming data according to the specifications and the sampling plan, checks not executed, and drive corrective actions.
• Perform daily quality records review and support production on process control parameters and defect catalogue.
• Lead the HFI process and report documentation, NCR records, disposition, and rework.
