Job summary

Essenti Talent is hiring a Quality Supervisor for Night Shift to oversee nightly quality assurance activities and serve as the plant's primary environmental contact. The role supports ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements, drives continuous improvement, and conducts quality incident investigations with KPI reporting.

Key tasks include leading the HFI process, managing NCRs, data collection and analysis, and maintaining 5S and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or technical certification required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead quality activities and drive improvements.
• Understanding of quality policies, systems and procedures.
• Solid communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly QA activities and act as environmental contact for the site.
• Review non-conforming data, drive corrective actions, and close alarms with production.
• Lead the HFI process, NCRs, disposition, and audits (ISO, BRCGS).
• Support root cause analysis for customer claims and on-hold inventory issues.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, forms, procedures, and training materials.
