Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Night Shift to oversee nightly QA activities, ensure ISO, HARA, and BRCGS compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on data review/analysis, KPI management, and incident investigations in a manufacturing plant environment.

Responsibilities include leading Quality Technicians, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent Technical School Degree/Certification or relevant experience.
• Demonstrate ability in administering and leading Quality activities.
• Experience in understanding and executing quality policies, systems, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of SPC.
• Experience with BRCGS auditing procedures is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent people skills, high energy and positive cultural fit and attitude.
• Ability to solve complex problems outside of normal processes.
• Shall be fully conversant in Food Safety, GMP's, and HARA Principle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conforming data according to specifications and sampling plan, drive corrective actions and close alarms.
• Perform daily quality records review as the third level of verification and support process control parameters.
• Lead the HFI process and report documentation, NCR records, disposition, and rework activities.
• Assist production and provide feedback for root cause identification for Customer Claims, sub-standard production, on-hold items, and HFI inventory.
• Maintain quality function documentation, forms, instructions, and training guides for BRCGS and ISO compliance.
• Provide training and maintain records and work instructions to Quality Technicians and Operators.
• Attain and maintain proficiency and qualification in all quality testing.
• Support ISO and BRCGS initiatives through procedures and training audits.
• Assist in developing responses and correction implementation to audit findings.
• Establish and maintain 5S and a high level of housekeeping standards.
• Lead Quality Technicians and/or MLT Operators including scheduling, time/attendance, policy and procedure administration, and documentation.
