Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Quality Technician for the night shift at our McElhattan, PA site. The role performs confirmatory and special laboratory testing, supports QA functions and ensures compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.

You will operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintain lab cleanliness, enter results into the Quality Data System, and assist in nonconforming goods investigations and product recalls.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with a formal Quality System (ISO 9000, GMP/QSR) preferred.
• Math skills including algebra required; statistics knowledge a plus.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, good verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs confirmatory and special laboratory testing of products.
• Enters required test results into the Quality Data System and reports results.
• Assists in preparing materials and documents for quality functions.
• Performs testing for product development, validation, and investigations (nonconforming goods, recalls).
• Follows GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations and maintains lab safety.
