Job summary

ICL Group is seeking a Lab Technician to ensure quality and safety by conducting laboratory tests, documenting results, and supporting product releases. The role covers diverse samples and analytical instruments, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and collaboration.

Your day-to-day includes calibrations, data entry in SAP, and adherence to SOPs, with training on day shift and potential shift coverage on nights. Local candidates only in Missouri area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor's in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or related field; and/or 3+ years' Lab Technician experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positivity; clear communicator.
• Highly organized with very high attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run analyses per controlled laboratory methods for various samples.
• Perform, document and verify calibrations; monitor control charts.
• Report out-of-spec results to Quality Manager and plant.
• Read and follow laboratory SOPs; maintain chain of custody.
• Document results in SAP and lab records; approve analyses where appropriate.
• Support EHS processes and attend monthly safety meetings.
