Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Plant Quality Technician for the night shift to uphold food safety, quality and laboratory testing across our facility. You will work with QA and production to ensure products meet specifications and support HACCP programs.

The role requires calibration, sampling and testing, documentation of results, and quick response to non-conformances. A High School diploma is required; you must be able to lift 50 lbs and rotate 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift (days or nights).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience may be in a field or manufacturing environment is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety and quality parameters are met across the facility.
• Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples and conduct tests.
• Document testing results and identify any deficiencies or non-conformances.
• Review quality records and participate in HACCP and Safety teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
