Qualifikationen

• 2 years' experience in a quality role with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year' experience in a quality role with an Associates degree
• 6 months' experience in a quality role with a Bachelor or higher degree
• Able to follow oral and written instructions

Aufgaben

• Gathers product samples to perform routine qualitative and periodic quantitative analyses to ensure product is within specification
• Inputs data into SAP, Excel and Access
• Trends data and coaches operators to operate within control limits
• Calibrates equipment and maintains lab equipment and housekeeping
• Operates cookers, dryers and packaging equipment
• Ensures materials and supplies are available
• Monitors equipment settings and adjusts product specs
• Initiates product holds when QA requirements not met and recommends disposition
• Performs routine quality checks and prepares reports
• Leads/participates in plant inspections and documents findings
• Develops customer COAs using SAP
• Performs root cause analysis on SOCs and implements corrective actions
• Conducts pre/post operational inspections for start-up
• Performs on-the-line refresher training as needed
• Keeps work areas clean and compliant with standards
• Follows SOPs and GMPs, HACCP, OSHA and policies
