Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of quality inspection or QC experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products for specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials and hold areas.
• Record inspection results and testing data accurately.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, shipping, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce scrap and rework.
• Assist with additional shift coverage as needed.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
