Qualificações

• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

A growing manufacturing facility in South Charlotte is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join its team on a rotating 2-2-3 night shift schedule. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards through inspections, measurements, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials and place them in designated quality hold areas.
• Accurately record inspection results and testing data.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, shipping, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help reduce scrap and rework.
• Assist with additional shift coverage as needed.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
