Job summary

Pregis is seeking a QC Technician in Bethel, PA to support packaging operations on a 7PM-7AM shift. Under the Quality & Safety Manager, you will help ensure production of high-quality products at the lowest cost while meeting customer specs.

Responsibilities include real-time quality monitoring, documenting inspections across lines, training staff, and coordinating with the team to resolve issues and maintain run speeds per SOPs and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing/inspection experience preferred.
• Must be able to read a ruler, scale, and micrometer; basic math skills.
• Spanish language skills a plus; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document hourly inspections and run profile, retain samples per SOPs.
• Monitor mailer production for defects; correct non-conformities and initiate holds as needed.
• Train Packers on QA SOPs; conduct audits to ensure quality inspections.
• Collaborate with Packaging Team Lead to resolve issues per QA SOPs.
• Communicate with upcoming shift to ensure smooth handoffs and minimize delays.
