Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a motivated Quality Control Technician for the 3rd shift in Bethlehem, PA. You will perform regular quality checks, assist with line inspections, and conduct finished product audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

You will document nonconformances, track data across systems, and collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues. Training is provided, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality checks on each production machine per shift.
• Lead first-off inspections to confirm line readiness.
• Perform finished product audits to ensure quality standards.
• Document non-conforming materials and assist with quarantine procedures.
• Accurately enter quality data into systems and track quality.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Work overtime when needed, sometimes with short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
