First Quality is seeking a Production Technician I for the Nutek Disposable site in McElhattan, PA. This 12-hour overnight role runs on a two-week rotating schedule and requires safe operation of packaging lines with strict QA adherence.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to operate multiple machines, communicate effectively, and work well in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to effectively operate two or more packaging machines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and always use proper safety equipment.
• Start-up and operate designated packaging equipment competently.
• Perform quality checks on the finished product per QA guidelines.
• Maintain quality standards and report issues promptly.
• Accurately account for product lot codes used for reporting.
