Job summary

Pretium Packaging is hiring an Inspector Packer for the B shift (7:00pm–7:00am) in Bethlehem, PA. You will pack products, seal and label, inspect quality, and prepare items for shipping while following safety and process instructions.

This role requires a high school education, 0–1 year in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work standing for long periods. You will report to a supervisor and help keep a clean, organized workspace and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school / Grade 10 level education.
• 0–1 year experience in manufacturing/packaging.
• Attention to detail and basic literacy.
• Ability to read simple instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into containers/cartons.
• Seal and label packages.
• Prepare products for shipping or storage.
• Inspect products, materials, and containers.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or issues.
• Operate or assist with machines (e.g., conveyors).
• Start/stop or monitor equipment.
• Keep work area clean.
• Maintain organized workspace.
• Work efficiently and meet production goals.
• Follow instructions and procedures.
• Be reliable and consistent.
• Communicate issues to supervisors.
