Job summary

Northern Gold Foods (USA) is seeking a Quality Control Technician at our Junction City facility. The role involves monitoring, sampling, and testing products to ensure quality and customer specifications, and collaborating with production teams to maintain sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, work well with others, and assist in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Shift: Fri-Sun, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM; 12-hour days, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, sample, and test food products to ensure quality and specifications.
• Verify sanitation activities including preoperational inspections and swabbing; communicate corrective actions to production.
• Liaise with production personnel and supervisors on day-to-day activities.
• Work with customers and consumers to resolve complaints; trend and report root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Investigate, trend, analyze and report complaints quarterly.
