Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join the management team. You will coordinate day-to-day QA activities for the Quality department, supervise the laboratory and QC staff, and ensure GMP and HACCP compliance.

The role reports to the QC Manager, requires a science degree (or 5+ years in a consumer-packaged environment) and PCQI training. It involves shift work on a 12-hour night schedule, with base pay $75,000–$85,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related discipline, or at least 5 years' consumer package experience.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• PCQI trained (will provide if needed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality systems and laboratory operations.
• Administer QA programs, policies, and documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and advise management.
• Guide peers on quality practices and compliance with FDA/state laws.
• Develop and manage quality programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule laboratory staff to meet production demands.
