Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join the management team in Webster, NY. The role reports to the Quality Control Manager and oversees day-to-day QA activities, laboratory operations, and quality programs to support production and compliance.

You will ensure adherence to GMP/HACCP, coordinate investigations, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams. A science degree or equivalent experience is required; PCQI training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or related discipline; or at least 5 years of consumer packaged goods experience.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• PCQI trained individual (will provide if needed).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quality assurance operations in the facility.
• Lead laboratory and Quality Control staff; enforce GMP/HACCP and food safety rules.
• Coordinate quality programs and regulatory compliance with FDA and state agencies.
• Provide guidance on quality practices and problem resolution to management and staff.
• Assist with training, budgeting, and program development for quality systems.
