Accurate Personnel in Nazareth, PA seeks a Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily QA operations and ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP standards. You will manage scheduling, QA documentation, and client communications, while leading a diverse team across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in warehouse supervision, and solid computer/WMS literacy to drive quality and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and self-initiative in supervision.
• High level of computer and WMS literacy required.
• Experience in warehouse supervision and wholesale industry preferred.
• Some college level management education or 2 years QA/production supervision experience.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP principles preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control operations for all shifts.
• Supervise warehouse products for quality assurance.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports; analyze trends.
• Correspond with client via emails and maintain QA communications.
• Enforce quality standards and GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Manage quality inspection and product release programs for materials.
• Monitor and develop HACCP program; ensure MSDS knowledge.
• Ensure QA programs and procedures are implemented correctly.
• Follow food safety requirements and GMP practices.
• Oversee store orders and maintain high service levels.
• Schedule staff, assignments, and evaluate performance per HR policies.
• Assist other supervisors and enforce warehouse policies.
• Investigate customer concerns and maintain good client relations.
• Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration.
• Ensure quality and productivity targets are communicated and met.
• Be flexible to work any shift as needed.
