Responsabilidades

• Act as first-line supervisor over team leaders and members.
• Plan staffing, monitor hours, and manage overtime and absenteeism.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity across the shift.
• Lead KPI tracking and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Quality for containment and investigation of issues.
• Ensure training and development plans for team members.
