Job summary

ADM is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Erlanger, KY. The role supports the Quality organization and enforces the Quality and Food Safety Management System to ensure compliance with company policies, FDA cGMP, and industry standards.

Responsibilities include handling first pass quality deviations, EMP failures, customer complaint data, and GMP audits. The position requires strong communication, independent work, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in a science-related field or 3–5 years QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Follow cGMP, FDA, USDA, FSMA, OSHA safety regulations and SOP/SSOPs.
• Strong quality and food safety technical skills with problem solving.

Responsibilities

• First Pass Quality Deviation, Rejections and EMP Failures.
• Review customer complaint data and foreign material risks.
• Calibration/Weight verification, CCPs and OPRPs validation.
• Coordinate CAPAs and MOC validations with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise contracted Quality Inspectors for GMP compliance.
