Niagara Bottling, LLC at the Carolina plant is seeking a Quality Technician-Nights to execute food safety, quality, and laboratory requirements. The QA Technician reports to the QA Manager and will cover night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform aseptic testing, calibrate equipment, collect samples, and participate in HACCP and safety teams. A High School Diploma is required; strong English, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 12-hour rotating shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to food safety and quality standards across the facility.
• Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples and test.
• Identify and isolate products not meeting standards.
• Support HACCP and safety teams as needed.
